The Wild Girl

feral girl

Bristol Old Vic in arrangement with Theatre Orchard Project brings a new family show, Wild Girl, to venues in North Somerset

Memmie is a feral girl who has grown up in the forest: She is a fish in the water, a deer on the earth and a flying squirrel in the treetops, where she eats and sleeps. The well-meaning Count and Countess want to ‘save’ her and bring her back to ‘civilisation’, but the ferociously independent Memmie has her own ideas about how dependent she is prepared to be…and how free.

Last year Fairymonsterghost successfully entertained family audiences and The Wild Girl promises just as much entertainment and magic.
